We are so excited to have you all up in Edinburgh to celebrate our wedding with us after 11 years together. Our vision is a small intimate weekend where everyone can have a great time. Nothing stuffy, nothing boring. We’ll host a drinks reception the evening before the wedding (for those who can make it) so we all have time to catch up, meet up, and relax before the day. As we’re trying to keep this small and intimate we’re limiting guests to invite only. Follow link below for a full itinerary, and don’t forget to RSVP!
For those of you who are traveling and staying for a few days we’ve suggested some of our favourite hotels and restaurants in Edinburgh, with some little description and contact detail for each. There are many great places beyond this list, but try to avoid the royal mile for food/drink. Some places are walk-in only but usually you’ll need to book in advance or you’ll struggle to find a place, especially on the weekend. In Edinburgh many restaurants close Monday-Tuesday, so check timetables beforehand. To the Spanish family: avoid the ‘Spanish’ restaurants like the plague.
We do not have a registry list, and do not expect anything from anyone. However for those who do really want to contribute we’ve set up an anonymous fund for our honeymoon.
